December 12: Today is the anniversary of the first transatlantic radio signal received by Guglielmo Marconni at Signla Hill in Saint John`s Newfoundland, in 1901.

Guglielmo Marconi was an Italian physicist and inventor of wireless telegraph who received himself the first transatlantic radio signal in Morse Code.
