June 8: Muhammad, the Muslim prophet, died in the city of Medina in 632.

In 630, Muhammad took control of Mecca and declared an amnesty for past crimes, with the exception of ten men and women who were "guilty of murder and triggering the war and the cause of peace." Some were later pardoned.

The citizens of Mecca were called "Designers" and were the ones who provoked the war, and then converting to Islam. When that happened, Muhammad preceded destroy all statues of gods Arabs.









Muhammad became ill and suffered a painful fever for several days, to death on June 8, 632, in the city of Medina at the age of 62 years.

Mohammed died in the house of his wife Aisha and lying on his thigh expiring "Rather God in the highest and paradise." There Muhammad himself wanted to be buried in his wife's house.
